Deodar

The Deodar neighborhood is north of Foothill Boulevard, South of Palm Avenue; Fairmont to Alta Canyada Blvd.  In addition to a sprinkling of mid-century modern homes, there are many 1920’s and 1930’s Mediterranean Estates, as well as newer homes and estates. Deodar trees shade this quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
 

Descanso Gardens

Homes in the Descanso neighborhood are predominantly on larger flat lots. Most of these homes are ranch style or newer custom built homes.
 

Meadowgrove

Meadowgrove is toward the eastern border of La Canada, south of Foothill Boulevard. Most of the homes in this neighborhood are over 3,000 square feet and are sited on larger lots. There are many 1920’s and 1930’s Mediterranean and Tudor styled Estates.
 

Sagebrush

This neighborhood is West of Rosebank to Ocean View Blvd and North of Foothill Blvd. The homes in the Sagebrush area are not located within the La Canada school district. Many of these homes are exciting examples of mid-century architecture, such as Webster Wiley’s atrium style; many homes in this neighborhood offer stunning views.
